How are the conversion factors calculated?
Width factor = (Your sts per 10 cm ÷ Pattern sts per 10 cm)
Height factor = (Your rows per 10 cm ÷ Pattern rows per 10 cm)
Example: if the factor is 1.3, then for every 10 stitches/rows in the pattern you should work 13.
