Before you start creating a model check here if you have everything you need for that. Do you have everything ready? Than you can start your project!
Needles: usually you work with two needles, but you can also use a circular needle. Knitting needles are available from different types of material (metal, bamboo, wood). The thickness of the needles varies from thin to very thick.
Yarn: the offer of yarn nowadays is huge. if do not have enough experience yet, i advice you to start with fairly thick cheap wool and make first small sample, before you start the big project.
Centimeter: this little thing should be missing: when making a test piece of the centimeter is indispensable, but it is also important to constantly check in between the size of your project.
